D’Eyncourt Raises an Incredible £3,107 for Dementia UK
We are thrilled to highlight a phenomenal achievement by the D’Eyncourt community in support of Dementia UK!
Last week, pupils at D’Eyncourt Primary School took part in Manny’s Mile, an inspiring fundraising challenge led by Manny Singh Kang. Manny set himself the remarkable goal of running one mile across 50 schools in Wolverhampton in just two days, and we are so proud that D’Eyncourt was one of the schools involved.
Students enthusiastically joined Manny for his mile, cheering each other on and embracing an empowering opportunity to make a positive impact. The event beautifully reinforced our trust’s core values of compassion, community, and supporting others.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of families, staff, and the wider school community, D’Eyncourt raised an amazing £3,107 for Dementia UK.
Even more impressively, D’Eyncourt finished third out of all 50 participating schools for the amount raised—an exceptional milestone that we are immensely proud to celebrate across the trust.
A massive thank you goes to Manny for including D’Eyncourt in such an inspirational challenge, and to every pupil, family member, and member of staff who donated, cheered, and took part.
This was a wonderful example of our school community coming together around our values and showing our children that, collectively, they really can make a difference.
£3,107 raised. 3rd out of 50 schools. One very proud CLPT community!
