Our balanced approach to challenge and support ensures the ongoing progress of our ITT and ECT cohorts. 

We have been recognised by Universities and Providers for our contribution to effective ITT provision, being awarded the “Mentor Award” for 2023 and 2024 by the University of Wolverhampton.  

We are passionate about the recruitment of high-quality trainee teachers, and due to our highly effective ECT provision and support, our retention rates are excellent.

Our team of mentors and ITT/ECT Leads work hard to ensure each member of our cohort is well supported, pastorally and pedagogically, and has a rich and broad experience of teaching.
