Jim Woodsford

I am a construction professional with over 20 years of experience within the construction industry. Currently employed as a Pre-Development & Planning Manager for a local family-owned housing developer, I specialise in site feasibility, planning strategy, and early-stage project delivery. I manage stakeholders, navigating through planning frameworks, and driving developments from concept to approval. Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery experience, I have a proactive approach and attention to detail. I work effectively with consultants, local authorities, and internal teams to drive projects forward efficiently and align them with wider business objectives.

I have two young daughters who attend both Heath Park and D’eyncourt Primary Schools. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality family time with them and my wife Aimee. I am also a keen cyclist, regularly training and taking part in various charity bike rides. I love true crime documentaries and podcasts, as well listening to rock music.
