Woden Primary’s Careers Carnival
Woden Primary recently hosted its annual Careers Carnival, inspiring pupils to ‘Dream Big and Aim High’ as they explored a wide variety of exciting career opportunities.
The event was a vibrant celebration of ambition and aspiration, with the school hall transformed into a hub of inspiration. Pupils had the unique opportunity to meet a diverse range of professionals who generously shared their experiences, insights, and advice on how to follow in their footsteps.
Among the inspiring visitors were a journalist, a Member of Parliament, a European Women’s Boxing Champion, a geneticist, aerospace engineers, speech and language therapists, car sales executives, a cyber security officer, and a personal trainer—demonstrating the breadth of possibilities available to our young learners.
We are incredibly grateful to all the volunteers who gave their time to engage with our pupils and help broaden their horizons. Their enthusiasm and commitment to inspiring the next generation truly made the event a memorable experience for all involved.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this fantastic event.
